At Dubs Beef, our journey began with a simple but powerful belief: what we put into our bodies matters. As a husband-and-wife team, we became increasingly concerned about the rise of growth hormones, additives, and chemicals found in today’s food and the long term effects that they will have on our health. That concern turned into a passion—and a mission.

For us, this work is also a reflection of our faith. We believe God calls us to be good stewards of His creation—to care for the land, the animals, the people we serve, and most importantly our bodies. That’s why we started Dubs Beef: to provide clean, healthy, pasture-raised beef for families who care as much about nutrition, integrity, and quality as we do.

We’re located in the heart of Central Texas, in the rolling hills just outside of Goldthwaite. Our family farm has been operating for over 30 years and today we also lease additional land to meet the growing demand for our beef. While grass-fed beef is gaining popularity in mainstream markets, it’s been a time-honored way of raising cattle for generations. Unlike modern stockyards that prioritize volume, we focus on quality—offering a healthier, more natural alternative for those who want the best for their families.
